  So, with my group we discussed about our music choice. We choose a variety of different songs that correlate to the genre or idea of our film. To start off with the song ''I Can't Breathe" by H.E.R.  she wrote in response to the recent spate of police killings of unarmed black citizens and the swell of protests against police brutality and systemic racism. The meaning of this song really correlates with our movie because we are showing the same thing H.E.R is talking about. As she is highlighting what's going on with the world. With our film we our trying to show that also but fighting the justice. Next is "Alright" by Kendrick Lamar. In this song Kendrick Lamar talks about the current system of black people getting shot, but as Kendrick is rapping, he is still giving black people courage by telling them that during this time as black people we are going to be alright and change the world. Filming

Filming was pretty simple for me to be honest, I only had to retake a few scenes but other to that everything went smoothly. Firstly we went out to film the sun was at the best angle it gave me the right amount of light and exposure expressly showing the vibrant color of the cleats showing the good texture also the sun was hitting the grass very well I had a perfectly vibrant green. The sun also help me sweat even faster even though I have Hyperhidrosis, it helped emphasize the work that I was putting in with the cleats. I was filming by my self, so I couldn’t achieve the great camera angles I imagined, but I tried to do the best I can do by myself. I feel like with the editing that I have in mind would make it a lot better in my opinion. Honestly even though the concept was simple I learned expectation vs reality really plays apart in filming even though I didn’t think I did that bad in filming for the first time I just had a bigger expectation like what the pros do, I definitely want...

Failed filming

Today me and my groups mates were planning on  filming. We  tried to plan the day prior to get everyone’s guardian on board with a flexible  time. Transportation  scheduling couldn’t be done.2 days before film day I was under the impression of having practice. With  that information I had to plan how can I film with my group mates and make it to practice on time. One  day before filming day one of our group mates couldn’t make it to. With  that new information we had to plan the specific shots with missing one group mate. With one day remaining we had to think about what props to use for specific scenes. We  had to bring basketball and football to shoot the scene with me and another. Also  had to get permission from adults like 7/11 worker police offer at the school.
