Mentally Okay

Hey everyone, this following week back was very chaotic for me. I was going back and forth all over Broward with my mother so I couldn’t film with my group mates again. Even though I wasn’t able to film i had trust in my group to perform some Filming. While my groupmates were filming, they were giving me updates on The WhatsApp. WhatsApp Messenger is a cross-platform instant messaging application that allows iPhone, Blackberry, Android, Windows Phone and Nokia smartphone users to exchange text, image, video and audio messages for free. With this app is super easy contacting each other regardless the brand of phone and it’s free. My Group mates where informing about the place they went, what time they went, and what they were filming. Also, my group mate Kayla just got a GoPro. With this GoPro we can more clear shots and allows the action shots to be shot more in depth. With school being open this is going to open up a lot more opportunities to actually get the full team to o film so I’m looking forward to that. My projections are we can be finished with the clips on 2 fully successful filming days, but life isn't always perfect with the weather and time. But checking the weather for this week of March 28 it’s only going to be raining on Friday and the weekend too so it’ll be ideal to film in these next couple days but in order to do that we still need our full group so I will work on contacting them and wondering when they will be free. I also have to be mindful of my schedule too because I have to Balance Football practice, volleyball practice and when can I be free to film. All of my groupmates are really busy with their things and I'm busy with mine. But somehow as a group we all trust that we are going to get everything done regardless. So not really worried just eager to film. Throughout this year I've been filming I noticed that filming was my favorite part of it. So, I can't wait. Thank you for tunning in for this blog.  hey today was our first editing day. Me and my group mates discussed all of the editing tools like iMovie, Photoshop express, and Picart. Also, our main editor Airel finished putting all the files together and chopped up all the clips. Airel also suggested us to watch videos on how to utilize open shots. So as suggested I researched and found: Activate Openshot Click File>New Project in the upper left corner of the screen. To add videos and photos to your project, drag files from your file explorer into the OpenShot project files section, or choose file>Import Files and then import the files that you require.   So, with my group we discussed about our music choice. We choose a variety of different songs that correlate to the genre or idea of our film. To start off with the song ''I Can't Breathe" by H.E.R.  she wrote in response to the recent spate of police killings of unarmed black citizens and the swell of protests against police brutality and systemic racism. The meaning of this song really correlates with our movie because we are showing the same thing H.E.R is talking about. As she is highlighting what's going on with the world. With our film we our trying to show that also but fighting the justice. Next is "Alright" by Kendrick Lamar. In this song Kendrick Lamar talks about the current system of black people getting shot, but as Kendrick is rapping, he is still giving black people courage by telling them that during this time as black people we are going to be alright and change the world. Hello everyone I just finished editing and I have so much to talk about first off i want to talk about how easy it really was to navigate through iMovie. It was so easy to import my audio that I for sure wanted all it took was just a few clicks. Also adding sound effects was also easy because they had their own set choices and it was also easy to import your own by just downloading whichever effect you wanted off the internet. The sound effect I used was the slow heart beat it really meshed well with the theme of commercial because the doubt the crowd was giving me as a actor and showing that I was very calm despite the massive hate i was getting from the crowd booing and the voice over doubt my skills with the cleats.
