trio mission

 Hey everyone my name is Hervis guerrier and my group mates are Kayla and Ariel. At first I was going to do this project alone with the help of my family. but the huge load off of my back would be divided, if I got help from two very hard working group mates I decided to work with. First let’s start with how I fit in this group, I personally think I bring so much as a group mate. Even though I’m a primarily independent person i think I hold my own weight in a group. That attribute I obtain would me help me help others. I also tend to do assigned work early because I’m a student athlete and I have to manage my time well. Also I tend to get along with anyone so I don’t think there will be any conflicts with my group mates. But there’s one weakness to me group skills and that is not being a leader but that’s where the puzzle fits in with Kayla. Kayla is the definition of a leader I’ve worked with her in the past in groups and all the times she was the leader, she does a great job of keeping everyone on task and works throughout everyone’s weaknesses and makes it easier for everyone. And she lets everyone work on their own pace with the exception of the due date of course. Now as a single group mate Kayla tends to do her work very quickly and efficiently. Also she doesn’t get into any conflict. Also she is very smart. and as a group I have the trust in all of them they will effectively do their part of the work all I have to worry about is my work ethic if it can be on par with the other and I BELIVE it will be. And lastly Ariel I don’t really know her as a person but Kayla does really well and I BELIVE Kayla is good with picking people to work with so I think Ariel is a hard working on time delivering student so I think she will be a great final piece to this puzzle. I think as a group we will work together really well .I think this project will be very fun to participate in because of my group mates.my group mates are taking just a music video to a even deeper meaning then it has. So with all that being said I think work wise it will be pretty easy because we all can be able to help. Even thought it’s my first time working in a actual group in a long time I think I’m ready to take this task head on and successfully achieve this task at a high level with few mistakes since it’s my second time filming, editing ,and all that good stuff. Overall this is going to be an experience that I can’t wait to par take in.
