College tour trip

 Hey guys today I'm going to be talking about what's been going on for this week with our group. This week's weather has been so bad. It's been windy and raining all week. Trying to film has been really rough. Clothes flying, props flying, even us kind of blowing away. Very funny watching everything get ruined. But that only means we have to account for that and work around. To start scheduling is rough. With it being spring break, you would expect everyone would be free right? no everyone's busy doing family stuff, school stuff, everything else that can disable us to film for the first week. Well, I'm the one busy I'm on a college tour trip for student athletes. Me and some teammates with 3.5 gpa's and above. basically, this trip is to get us exposed to the ivy league college athletic wise and academic wise. The colleges we are visiting are: Dartmouth, Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Penn, Brown, and Cornell are institutions who have confirmed our visits. In the month of April, we're also visiting Bucknell, Colgate, Georgetown, Lehigh, Fordham, Holy Cross, and Lafayette as well as the Naval and Army Academies. I'm really excited for this trip. This is going to be one of few times i will be on a plane and one of the few times I get to see snow. Communicating with my group about when I'm finished with the tour so we can start filming officially if the weather is on our side

  So, with my group we discussed about our music choice. We choose a variety of different songs that correlate to the genre or idea of our film. To start off with the song ''I Can't Breathe" by H.E.R.  she wrote in response to the recent spate of police killings of unarmed black citizens and the swell of protests against police brutality and systemic racism. The meaning of this song really correlates with our movie because we are showing the same thing H.E.R is talking about. As she is highlighting what's going on with the world. Editing boom

 hey today was our first editing day. Me and my group mates discussed all of the editing tools like iMovie, Photoshop express, and Picart. Also, our main editor Airel finished putting all the files together and chopped up all the clips. Airel also suggested us to watch videos on how to utilize open shots. So as suggested I researched and found: Activate Openshot Click File>New Project in the upper left corner of the screen. To add videos and photos to your project, drag files from your file explorer into the OpenShot project files section, or choose file>Import Files and then import the files that you require. Locate the images or videos you want to include in your movie and click open. The video/picture will be displayed in the center of the screen. This is your schedule. The slider is located above the timeline. Moving the slider to the left expands the video/pictures on your timeline, making it easier to edit smaller segments of your project.  Hello, for my commercial I wont be working with anyone. The reason for this is because I don't have many friends in the class and I don't want to make any because I find it hard to make friends now. Everyone having to quarantine I've lost my social skills and developed anxiety anytime I even try to talk to new people its very difficult so the easiest way for me is to say by self. I've been working by my self these past two years and I feel like I work more efficiently when I work by my self. I feel like now I cant change now but in future projects I will try to at least work one a person.
